Financial Plan
It is challenging to select the better between two good options. It is also tough to assess possible outcomes and conduct a rational cost-benefit analysis. To accurately weigh opportunity costs objectively and precisely estimate risks and success probabilities for a year and decades ahead are complex tasks. Numbers may be precise, but our lives are not. Life often moves in a non-linear and zig-zag fashion with changes at every stage. We may also experience changes in our aspirations, goals, motives, and behavior. Our financial plan must be able to reflect such changes.
